Kappsoft provides a quality training program for its client companies. These training programs are meant to equip the employees of the concerned company with the business and technical acumen necessary for the improvement of individuals and the organizations.
Training in Accounting
The employees undergo three levels of the training. They are:
First level: The first level of training includes complete study of accounting, principles of accounting, depreciation, journal entries etc.
Second level: In this level training is provided in the Accounting Software like Net Ledger, Tally etc. Transactions are given to the trainees and asked to pass the dummy entries in the Tally software. By doing this, they get an idea about the practical aspect of accounting and they also learn about the fund management.
Third level: In the third level emphasis is given on improving the computer skills and helping the candidates know better about Microsoft Word (MS), Excel package etc. They are also trained about the importance of forecast, budgeting and variance analysis.
This three level training program is also supplemented with a Communication Skill program along with basics on etiquettes and corporate mannerism.
