| Roles and Responsibilities |
The candidate would be responsible for the overall Administration of the DATACENTRE hosted servers. They have to provide support to the customer on the server/OS related issues. The candidate would also learn the inhouse application tools and provide support. |
| Core skills (MUST) |
- Specialist in Windows server platforms
- Should have done Remote Support
- Should be a Server Support Professional
- Exposure to Active Directory Service (ADS)
- Managing DNS and DHCP and group policies
- Experience of working across multiple applications like IIS, Proxy Server etc
- Experience with system monitoring tools such as BMC, HP Open View, Maestro, etc
- Capacity/Resource planning for better performance of the servers
- Managing backup's
- Firewalls
- Managing VNC
