Experience: At least 12-15 years of total experience.
Skill Set: The person will be responsible for managing the organization finance function plus providing strategic direction and leadership to the team of finance professionals. The ideal candidate should be a chartered accountant with at least 12-15 years of total experience, out of which 5 years must be as the head of finance and accounts.

The candidates with exposure to international accounting practices, deftness in handling governmental / regulatory authorities, an instinct for conceiving business opportunities and the ability to realize them. The prospect should have impeccable personality and trust worthy. Compensation would not be a constraint for the right person.
